Below, an existing room, client wanted chair rail to match the rest of the house, so I added it to match.

This is 70's red oak previously stained and lacquered, that the homeowner wanted a darker grayish color. We coordinated together and basement now has a modern look, darker color, and the beautiful wood grain still shows. Looks great!

Used cabinets purchased by client didn't fit. So I fitted moldings to trim the install and paint to make it fit and match, including the crown :)

This basement kitchenette below was an all concrete maintenance room. Now there's room for the family!

Baseboard repair.

Just below, great ideas from an associate of mine. This is tile for a tub/shower he did for a new home.

Just above, tile had fallen out, and below, grout had come out along all the edges! It's ok now :)
Just below, the trim around these doors was primed, but not painted, and was missing one molding at the bottom, so I made one, and painted to match, looks fabulous client said!

Sanded to the right, when finished below, this toy box matched this hutch very well.
St. Louis rental property project, floors were trashed, pulled nails/staples, cleaned, installed new Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP)

Baseboard below was very scuffed up and looked old, now it looks new! Happy Valentines from a great husband to his wonderful wife!
Same Missouri project, tear out wall, cover to finish side, strengthen, sheetrock, tape, another coat of mud, and paint!

Beautiful tree below, made of an old paint ladder and shelving I made to hold a client's Nativity collection :)
Below, client wanted a different color in this room, some repair work on the ceiling, holes in the walls, and the stop behind the door :) Drop in the ceiling was same as the dark green walls, look mch better white with the ceiling! Very nice!
